Brunch after a Night Out

After a fun night out a lovely brunch with my girls is the best!
Scrambled eggs with English muffin with goat cheese, diced tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and potatoes.


trick to fluffy scrambled eggs: add a little water and milk
